Hi, I have a 10 week old and am going away on a couple of occasions this year to places that have travel cots within the accommodation. I know the advice for cots is 'new baby, new mattress' due to risks etc. Therefore I was wondering whether it was safe for multiple babies to use the same travel cot (at different times of course!)?

Hi, I know exactly how you feel because I took my baby away when he was 4 months old and had to use a travel cot provided there. I also took him when he was 3 months old, but took my own travel cot. For your own peace of mind would it be possible for you to take your own? Or even your moses basket if your baby will still be young enough to fit in it?

Does anyone know where to find another mattress for the Samsonite Basinette? I've read that the one it comes with is very thin, especially for regular use.
