Implantation bleed following miscarriage???

I had a complete miscarriage last month. It started on 24th April and I has a scan on the 30th that confirmed it. I continued to bleed until the following Thursday (6th May.) So we began TTC again. I did a test around the 12th which was negative as I wanted to make sure I got a negative and that the miscarriage was final. We have had sex frequently since then. Anyway on Sunday (23rd May) I went to the loo and noticed a small amount of blood on the tissue and was pleased because my body must be back to normal. But it stopped, I had no bleeding for the rest of the evening. Monday afternoon I had another trace but then it stopped. Same thing happened Tuesday and today. My normal period starts like this but by the second day it starts properly. I haven't had to use sanitary towels, no pmt, no stomach ache. Because we have had sex frequently it crossed my mind that it could be an implantation bleed (I'm not going to hold my breath though.) It is really odd. I did a test yesterday which was neg but my period isn't really due quite yet. Any ideas/experiences gratefully received!
