im using a clearblue fertility monitor. its our first month using it and i read in the instructions that in your first month you could get a "high" reading for 5 days then pregress to "peak". how often should we do you know what to maximise our chances? im currently on my second day of high.

The first time we used the CBFM, we bd'd on every high and peak but tbh, we were knackered by the time we got to the peaks so now we bd every other high day then on both the peaks and the high after the peaks.

Apparently, it takes time to make the sperm so there is not much point in bd'g every day.

We have a CBFM support thread on here if you fancy joining us. Everybody is welcome.

Hi I started using one this month and have a long cycle of 35 days. I had 10 days of high readings before getting 2 peak days and then a final high day. After a few cycles it gets to know you apparently and is more accurate! From what I've read every other day is fine.
