Hi. My HD and I have been ttc for two years. Two semen analysis have revealed very poor results. However as I'm 34 my Dr is putting us forward for IVF. I feel that this is a drastic step that is fuelled by ridiculous NHS criteria. So we looked into getting therapy for my HD and myself with a view that conceiving naturally has got to be our best starting point. We have come across the Zita West Clinic . It looks good. Do you recommend it? We would love to know more. Or do you recommend another clinic? If you have any thoughts on this matter please comment as I would really appreciate some encouragement.

I have recently had 2 appointments at the Zita West clinic and my personal opinion is that it is fabulous- very positive, very encouraging and very expensive. Fabulous There whole way of thinking is the whole picture- lifestyle, food, relationship, sex etc- they look at everything. Well worth a try- it has certainly encouraged us to cancel our IVF appointments.

Thank you Littletortie for your response. We've booked an appointment for the 14th May. I breaks my heart that we have to do this but it gives us hope too xxx
