hi im totally new to this site, and i have been reading about it in the papers recently. And i thought there would be no better place to get a bit of advice.

Im 32 years of age, I was hoping to be trying for a baby this year, everyone around me seems to be pregnant, or just had a baby!! and my periods have stopped, they have been non existent for around 8 months !!

Last year i went to a private clinic to check everything was o.k. and nothing came back, My fallopian tubes arent blocked, I do not have poly cistic ovaries, they could not find anything. I was told put some weight on and they would return.

I am now healthier than i have ever been, eating really well taking herbal supplements. exercising. And still nothing....

A friend of mine recommened acupuncture, or reflexology and im just wondering if anyone else has tried this...or had this problem. I dont really want to take medication if I can help it...!!

any advice, would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi Hippy3

You poor thing. Not sure what to suggest, but you mentioned that you were taking herbal supplements... are you taking Agnus Cactus?

I didn't really have periods and started taking Agnus Cactus and my periods returned about 2-3 months later and I've been blessed with a gorgeous little girl. I'm still breastfeeding my 11 month DD and been taking agnus cactus since January and I've just had my first period since before I was pregnant, so I honestly believe they've worked for me... but taking a couple of months.

Not sure what else to suggest... Did the clinic check your hormone levels? I also know you can vitamin b6 to help...?

Good luck - I know its a horrible feeling.
