Was just wondering (as someone with very low levels) if, with diet and healthy living, your AMH levels could ever go up again? I think the answer is probably no but thought I would ask!

Sadly the answer is no - AMH is a measure of the remaining pool of eggs in your ovaries, and as all the eggs you'll ever have were made while you were still a foetus, it is nothing to do with how healthy a lifestyle etc you have now or have had in the past. So sorry.

I was fairly sure this would be the answer so not a surprise - thanks for responding.
