Reflexology - anyone tried it whilst ttc?

Hi ladies,

This is my first month trying to conceive - I'm on cd 10 today. I'm desperate to ttc quickly as the practicalities of my job mean that I only have between now and May to get a BFP.

I have a reflexology session booked tomorrow night and I was wondering whether it had worked for anyone else? I'd also be interested to know more about the treatment itself - any tips on how I should brief my reflexologist etc.

Thanks x

Just say to your reflexologist that you are ttc, and she will do the rest.

good luck with that window of opportunity..

i spent a fortune having reflexology and had given up on ever getting pregnant when bam it happened and i now have a beautiful dd.
i know what its like ttc, everyone tells you to relax and not get stressed and i didnt believe them. BUT.... honestly harry2207 you must try to relax and go with the flow. it was only when i gave up on ever getting pregnant that it happened. i think it was because i had relaxed and sort of forgotton about it. (even though i know you never really put it fully at the back of your mind).i honestly think the reflexology did help.
im now thinking of trying for another baby so im back to worrying it wont happen again. i envy people who only need to look at a tail and get pregnant!!! lol.
the very very best of luck. let us know how it goes.

ps have you considered going on holiday for a week or two i was on holiday when i conceived.

Hi - I had reflexology when TTC DS, my reflexologist specialised in fertility/ maternity treatments. At the very least it was a great destress treatment, I believe it may have helped regulate my cycle and she could tell I was pregnant before I did a test from my ankles - FREAKY
After DS was born she came to the house to give me a treatment as well - sobbed all the way through it (hormones all over the place) but felt lots calmer afterwards.
