Hey guys,

AF arrived on the 15th of this month (cow!) but hey atleast i know now that my cycle is on the 15th of the month (going by the last two cycles) so hopefully that's my pattern..

Was just wondering, whats best :

1.BD every day
2.BD every other day
3.OR????

DP & I BD'd nearly everyday last month and didnt get our BFP... maybe I wasnt ovulating?

Anyhoo... whilst im on the topic. We're trying very hard to "leave it for nature to take place" but there no harm in hoping for the best by BD on particular days aswel as whenever you feel like it is there?

We're so happy at the mo, we just think a baby would be perfect either this year or nnxt x

Make love when you both feel like it, do not go down the path of having timed intercourse (that can put great pressure on a relationship as it can make sex seem like a chore) or having sex when you think its "ovulation time". It is all too easy to get that particular date wrong and ovulation is not an exact science anyway.

A woman can ovulate earlier, later or not at all in any given cycle. Generally speaking if periods are irregular in nature then ovulation is less likely to be happening regularly.

No it won't damage him but there is much debate as to whether having sex every day can actually impede quantity of sperms.

My sister has ben trying for about a year now and they had definatley fallen into the trap of only doing it when her ovulation kit said. They are now seeking medical advice as she seems to ovulate so late in her cycle.

They have been advised every other day stands you the best chance.
Good luck.
