hi all

have lurked for a while but now needv a little advice from you - apologies for tmi!

have been 'not preventing' since sept but not really trying (dh had to have an op - kinda puts a halt to your gallop!), anyway, we did the deed between christmas and new year, and the following day i felt painy and hoped 'things' were on the move.

i should have come on last wed, am usually regular as clockwork, but nothing happened. am dead tired (and v burpy)so tested on sat but bfn.thought i was starting yesterday but was only brown spotting (unusual). today between 7am and 10am i came on properly - or so i thought. went to loo, planning to change pad, but there was nothing there! Was red blood when i wiped though.

Am confused -please help

arrrgghhh!!

'period' now seems to have finished. Decided to go to drs just to check. he did a poas test - bfn - and just said well, sometimes these things happen. made me feel quite stupid .

i know these things can happen, but since starting my periods at 11 (not inc when i was on the pill) i count tell you its only happened to me once! now! and basically i just want to know what's going on!

sorry for the rant!

thanks thisis!

I know its not nice, but i don't have a huge amount of faith in this dr since he told me i was too young to have gallstones. yeah 18 months of agony later and i had my gallbladder removed after hospitalisation with jaundice!

may see what happens in a few days
