Milky/Lotiony CM 9 days after 1st Peak on CBFM

I have never had this before since I started my TTC journey back in April 2008! Yesterday when I went to the loo and wiped(also noticed it in my knickers) I had quite a bit of milky/lotiony looking CM! I felt wet down below all day and, i still do today but, not had as much of this cm as I did yesterday infact it isn't there every time I go to the loo and wipe which, is quite alot! i also had a couple of red spots when I wiped yesterday. This happened only twice. They were fresh looking blood spots but faintish iykwim? Really not sure what to make of this. Any advice would be much welcomed.

Could it be ovulation bleeding?

Urgh, I'm an idiot. Missed your 9 days bit there. Implantation bleeding in that case!

I am hoping it is implantation bleeding but, I am scared to wish and hope after my last m/c 7mths ago. I want nothing more than to have my BFP but, I am also scared. I was wondering if anyone had had the cm and blood then got a BFP?
