Hi, my H has had a SA that shows low count and motility. We are now waiting to speak to a doctor and his results have been sent to the fertility clinic. So it's early days for us and we're not sure what the facts are concerning the figures. However of course we want to do all we can to maximize our chances of natural conception, as H does not smoke or drink, we looked to his diet and exercise. When researching nutrition on the net I came across this produced FertilAid and I have read good things but nothing concrete. Does anyone recommend this. Have you or your H used it? I would be interested to hear if you have. Thank you.
