Just wondered if anyone knows or has had the same thing...

It took over 6 weeks to get a BFP wth DC1, is it likely that when I get pg again it will take the same anount of time?

TIA

Hi, I had the same with an earlier pregnancy but then on the next one got BFP at the expected time. I never found out why it took so long to get BFP the first time as I'm pretty sure that I did the test correctly and didn't use a cheap test. Good luck!

Thanks Prinpo, I never found out why it took so long but didnt really worry about it at the time but since ttc no.2 I have always left it ages to test because I assumed it would be the same?
Was hoping it was this month but AF started today so starting Clomid tomorrow, just hoping I get a BFP finally and it comes earlier this time
