Strange symptoms

Hi

I'm not due to start TTC until Sept and currently have a copper IUD fitted. I think I'm on CD 17 and have had two days of spotting. Not like a period more brownish but enough to notice and I've not had this before. I've also got bigger boobs a bit like period approaching but not quite as sever. I've heard that people can get pregnant with an IUD and I wondered if anyone had had a similar experience? I know CD 17 is too early to find out if I'm pregnant.
