Quick question about coming off Yasmin

I am on my last pack of pills before coming off Yasmin and starting to ttc (yay).

Anyway, the way I work with the pack, my last pill is actually the last one of the first week of "active" pills (the ones in the green section).

So, to explain, at the moment i am due to take the final inactive pill today (having just had my period today and yesterday) and I have 7 days of pills left, which are the "active" pills.

SO my question is - should I:

1. Finish the whole pack
2. Stop now before I start the active pills
3. Don't worry and just stop whenever.

I just wondered if there is an optimal time to stop, or if it doesn't really matter.

Gawd knows, but I would just stop. Of course you could talk to a pharmacist but I would probably stop now before I started the active pills.

That's my feeling too actually.

I've been on it for 16 years so I'm keen to give my body as much time as possible to recover!

Wow I was on Yasmin and they were all the same colour.

Not any more. I mean, the pills are basically the same colour - white or cream, but the sections of the pack are different depending on when in the cycle you're taking them.

I love Yasmin. I'm quite sad to go back to real periods after having lovely 2 days ones for the past few years!
