Constipation was my first sign of pregnancy both times. Definitely had this before I had a BFP.

Good luck!

Yes, had indigestion and constipation (which I never normally have) at about 3 weeks, well before the pregnancy test came positive. Altered sense of smell was the most obvious sign for me though, kept throwing out perfectly good food cos its smelled funny!

Never have such problems (lucky me), but with DD1 it was the first thing I noticed before I knew I was PG. I sat on the toilet at my mum and dad's house for half an hour thinking mmmmm, I wonder....

Hope it's good news for you.

Absolutely! I had both symptoms early on.

OMG! I am currently 9DPO, not really trying but sort of and have been constipated for the last week - v unusual. Was wondering same thing but felt too shy to ask. I think in later pregnancy progesterone is responsible for constipation but why should it start having an effect so early??

its cos your body needs to get as much of nutrients from your food as it can so hence constipation. but you should drink lots odf water
