Has anyone got pregnant on their first round of Clomid???

Hi Everyone! I'm brand new to this and I'm in need of some advice and to learn from your experience regarding the fertility treatment, Clomid.
I feel a little bit confused and dare I say desperate!! My husband and I have been trying to start our family for afew years now and in December was I was given Clomid. My first cycle was 27th Dec and I did an ovulation test on day 13 which was positive... 6 weeks on now and no sign of my period. I have symptoms of nausea, heightened sense of smell (especially when cooking), a red rash on chest and arms, firmer (but not so much sore) breasts and a bit of fatigue.
My cause for concearn is that I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests between the first day of my missed period and 2 days ago, which were negative. (BOOOO!) I am I just cauing the symptoms because I want this so much?? I am awaiting GP's blood test results, but they're not due back for afew dats and I feel like I'm going insane! Please help xxxxxxxx
