Or does this lower the quality of the sperm?
I just don't want to miss any opportunities!!

Would actually suggest you make love when you both feel like it; any notion of timed intercourse is a bad idea as it can put pressure on the relationship. Making love everyday as well can make sperm quality poorer.

Making love two or three times a week throughout your cycle is fine; ovulation is not an exact science and it can occur earlier, later or not at all in any given cycle. Even normally fertile women have the occasional anovulatory cycle.

Think about what your periods are like as well - if they are irregular and or painful in nature then medical advice should be sought sooner rather than later.

I have got pregnant every time on my first attempt (apart from the ivf pregnancy) by having sex every day around when I am fertile.

I wasn't being mean Gateau (or not intentionally) I was genuinely wonderin how if you are so tired by the end of the day NOW ten how will it be when you are pregnant or with a tiny baby. You obvioulsy have a lot on your plate..perhaps before conceiving would be a good time to try and 'share the load' if possible.

Sorry if i offended you
