Hello, I don't get any result with these at all, so realise I'm possibly not ov'ing...but..just to stop me from obsessing too much...

Can anyone help with what time of day you're supposed to use them? I started out with one brand that didn't say anything about time of day in the instructions, then used Boots ones which said first thing in the morning is fine, now I've bought a cheapy offer from superdrug and it says don't use them first thing in the morning. Aaurgh!

What's the best way to do it?

Thanks!!

i was always told to use an afternoon specimen. fertility friend say to reduce your fluid intake for 2 hrs before your due to test. it also says that testing between 11am and 8pm is fine and to test at the same time each day.website says most women find 2pm the best...(i think 4pm is better for me) hope that helps

Are you supposed to not pee for 4 hours before testing too?

Best of luck Krispytoast. I found them quite useful as I kept getting negatives - found out eventually that I ovulate on day 4 of my cycle!! Can't remember the details of how to use them but others will.

Thanks bubblebell

It just seems mad that all the brands say different things when they must all work the same way...

not peeing for 4 hours is a tough one...never realised how often i pee till i started counting...!
