clearblue facking test

just bought one as i havent had a period since 10th nov, anyway already done 2 boots tests last week so thought i would try the clearblue, got it out of packet it was flashing not before i even used it, so i thought well i will use it anyway and it is just blank what should i do, it was a 2 pk so am going to wait until the morning to do the other one ,

but i am raging as they r so expensive

checked the web they dont have an email addy, and they r only open 8-3 and no bk hols, i hope i do get a free one at least
