I think you are probably too late

got this information off the internet. But the upside is you did manage the deed on Sunday when you Ovulated

When is the best time to have intercourse in order to get pregnant?

Wilcox had also performed previous work in 1995 (2) which demonstrated that pregnancy only occurs if intercourse occurs within the 6 days prior to and including ovulation. Intercourse after the day of ovulation does not result in pregnancy. The probability of conception ranged from 10% when intercourse occurred five days before ovulation to 33% when it occurred on the day of ovulation itself.

This is the data that suggests the best timing of intercourse in order to conceive is day 10, 12, 14 and 16 (in case of late ovulation) of a 28 day cycle or days -4, -2, 0, +2 in relation to expected ovulation in the case of cycles different than 28 days.

I agree that you are probably too late.

BUT there are a couple of things that you need to know about using OPKs.

Firstly it is possible to have more than one LH surge and therefore you might not yet have ovulated. It's best to keep having regular sex through your cycle.

Secondly when you get a positive OPK, you are likely to ovulate within 48 hours of the first positive. Once you get a negative again this does not mean that you have ovulated. It means that your LH surge has gone. The LH surge triggers ovulation and preceeds it.

Since the best time to have sex is the couple of days before ovulation and the day ov ovulation itself, it makes sense to have sex for each of the 3 days following a positive OPK and then regularly for the rest of your cycle.
