I wouldn't test again today.
FMU (first morning urine) is the best for testing in early pg as the hormones are much more concentrated then.

Wait, try not to go insane and test again tomorrow or, if you can wait until then, Monday.

Really hope that you get a +ve result soon

could your last period have been an implantation bleed?

im not sure Lilymolly - i thought that at the time but docotor wasnt very helpful and woouldnt do a blood test - i was crying in the surgery and she was more bothered about my sanity! she keopt asking if i wanted to see a councellor and didnt really seem focused on the idea thawt i could be pregnant!! would i still be getting a negative test if last month was implantation bleeding?? it wasnt like a normal period but i still getting negative tests! Have done a digital test now WZMO still negative and still no sign of af - going to a different docs today!

Hi Wishing,

I would say that it is unlikely you are pregnant It is also very unlikely to get a false positive, I would suggest that you had a very early loss - or a blighted ovum.

If you were pregnant now - you would be getting a possitive test with all the symptoms you are experiencing - as these are all caused by the same hormones that the tests pick up.

It sounds like you are stressed about TTC (understandably) which could be making you late starting. The symptoms could well just be your body playing cruel tricks as it sounds like you desperately want to be PG

Good luck with the other doc today - and hope you get a BFP soon

Thanks reality gap - i will just have to hold on and see what the doctor says - ive heard a few people get a negative test for up to 7 weeks i was starting to get a bit excited but you just brought me back down to earth so its just a matter of sitting it out!! i dont think im very far on if i am pregnant, i do suspect it was a very early loss last month but dont think im that stressed i would be so late??

Hi wishing - yes it is possible for pregnancy tests not to pick up pregnancys but this is quite rare, and usually is more down to the womans kidneys not excreting the hormone, so the fact you have had a +ve test early last month would suggest to me that you should have had a +ve by now

I am sorry for bringing you down, I just don't like giving people false hope and feel that being honest is importaint.

It is amazing how much more stressed we can be than we realise.
