Conception

Did anyone have absolutely no symptoms before getting a BFP or is that just wishful thinking?

I'm due anytime from Friday onwards, i'm madly symptom spotting but as far as i can see nothing This is only cycle#1 so no great suprise really if i don't get bfp but i can't help thinking that despite no symptoms perhaps i could be.

Am i just setting mysef up for dissapointment though? Has anyone else felt this and got a bfp?

I had 1 day of urinating more and got excited but that stopped after a day, no nausea, no breast changes, no cramping, quite a lot of cm but no idea if im normally like that and my cervix feels hard compared to when i was ovulating. Not looking good is it, So why cant i stop hoping

I had so few symptoms I didn't even know I was pregnant until week 13 (very irregular periods so everything seemed normal there, too). From what I hear of the first trimester - morning sickness, cramps, painful breasts, etc etc etc - I don't feel like I missed much

You're unlikely to get pregnant in your first month of trying, but you know that already. Can I please give you a tiny bit of advice? Please try to enjoy your last few months of fitting into all your clothes and knowing what your body will look like in the morning... and please take every single opportunity for a lie in/ late night out... dp and I had these lovely sunday morning routines... maybe in another 15 years or so we'll get them back

I didn't have any symptoms. I tend to get a couple of weeks grace after my period is due, and then things kick in with avengence (morning sickness, tiredness....). Good luck.

It's far, far too early to think that symptoms mean anything one way or the other. Some women get symptoms right from the word go, but I think that the majority have to wait for the hcg levels to rise, and some never get any symptoms.
You could well be pregnant yet fairywing.

Hi Fairywing, I found out I was PG 4 weeks after deciding to try, we all know it can happen only once (twice in my case)! Although this time round im on 8th cycle,
metallic taste in mouth was starter sign for me 10 days after conception, I knew instantly I was PG although tests were neg, all tastes changed and smells. 4 days before AF I got my BFP. other symptons crept in later, maybe 6 weeks x
