I have sticky question I don't want to ask anyone face to face and haven't found any answers for....
Does anyone have tips for keeping the sperm in...I'm sure most of it seems to run out after my DH withdraws...I know this musn't be an uncommon problem or the term wet spot would not exist!!!!!
HELP!!!

pillow, pillows and more pillows and hold your bum in the air. really flattering position .

also, tell dh to withdraw slowly.

I'm glad you brought this up as it's a problem I have too. I now lie down for at least half an hour afterwards. I lift my legs up for as long as I can bear it but usually that's only about 5 mins!! I'm a bit funny about using pillows cos I don't want them getting stained...

Also, sorry if this is a bit gross, but does anyone else find it uncomfortable to sleep cos of the feeling of it trickling out? I don't suppose there's any answer to that other than to have a bath/shower, but wouldn't want to do it too soon afterwards.

I just pull a pair of knickers on if I can't be bothered to nip to the loo before dozing off after sex.

Thanks for all your help!! I will try the singing "Just keep swimming swimming swimming....."

I've tried the legs up bit but agree there is only a certain time you can do this for.

Oh well...just have to keep trying I guess!
