Hi,

I am on CD1 and have just powered it up and pressed "m" for the first time.

Just wondered if there are any "top tips" as reading the instructions it seems that once set for a particular time to test etc you cant change it after 5 days.

Or is it really as simple as it makes out!!!

I always press M at 9 am as then i can test between 7 and 11 thus allowing for all kinds of lay in oppertunities and night shifts !

thats the only tip really

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated.

I think I will be getting through quite a few sticks as my last cycles have been 36 and 37 days.

GillyD glad you mentioned the peak (or lack off) thing, its just the thing that would happen to me!

Have been temping and checking CM for the last cycle so hoping this will all help me work out my cycle better.
