I've been looking through some old threads for the name of this book. I MC'd at 11.5 weeks a few weeks ago ...some people said that this book helped them and I think I need help. I can't seem to adjust. Thank you, N

Sorry to hear of your sad loss, especially at such a late stage. I had 2 m'carriages last year, both around the 7-9 week stage, they were very difficult times. My hormones were all over the place for quite some time. Sorry I don't know the book you are referring to, I just had to write as I have been where you are. I don't know your circumstances, but as we already have a 3 yr old we felt quite lucky which made it easier to cope. Having said that, the other week I went into Mothercare and became very emotional thinking I may never be here again shopping for 'my' baby, and that was 6 months after! It will take time but it will get easier. Good luck

Hello
I think it could be
Miscarriage - what every woman needs to know by Professor Lesley Regan - it's the best about.
