I have asked before and was sent a link but im none the wiser

I have been charting my cervix since my m/c 6 weeks ago and it has changed a fair few times.

my main question is, last week i checked and it was high open and soft i had EWCM, so we bd'd, a couple of days later it chaged to low hard and closed so i figured af must be on her way, well this was since last thursday, i checked yesterday and it was still low hard and closed but today its a bit higher and a bit softer, but have had no af.

has anyone ever done the pg thing with the cervix charting? any advice welcome thanks xx

I never got the hang of cervix charting (just did temp/CM) but I found this website very useful

hiya,
I've only just started checking this cycle. but I know that as soon as you've ov'ed the cervix can become low and hard within a few days. the position is also affected by how full your bladder and bowels are.
if it gets much higher over the next few days and so soft you can't actually feel it, there's a chance you didn't ovulate the first time and that your body is attempting a second ovulation (which I think happened to me).

you can only really confirm ovulation if you're charting your temps as well (which I wasn't doing so can't be sure).
