8 days late. Negative tests. Time to see doc?

I just want to know if I am pregnant!!
Should I be waiting longer or is it time to go to the docs?
Every test I do is negative.

Are you using a first response test?
Are you certain that you've ovulated?
Are you using the first morning wee to test with?
Do you have any symptoms of pregnancy?

Do not waste a gp appointment with this, it's not a medical need and they are busy enough. Unless you are bring scanned you have no idea when you ovulated so just give it another week.

I know its frustrating but there isn't anything a doctor can do. People have unusually long cycles all the time, it sometimes happens when you don't ovulate and your body tries to ovulate a few times or further into your cycle than you normally would. If tests are negative then just assume you aren't pregnant and try to relax whilst you wait for your period.

Just been doing poundland tests every morning.
I don't have any symptoms. I just feel really run down with a bad cold at the moment.
I do get cramps now and again and I assume that's my period coming but it doesn't come.
No I don't like booking appointments unless necessary, I worked in a doctors for years I know how limited they are.
I'm a bit concerned as I never miss my periods, first time for everything though!

Poundland tests - Jesus, at least buy a first response one. Stop testing everyday as well. It won't change the outcome. Your pregnant or your not. You just have to wait to find it. How long have you been trying to get pregnant?

Haha yeah true, I'm not doing myself any favours testing so much.

I've had this happen this past cycle and aunt flo arrived today. It was ten days late and I have no idea why as I ovulated at the normal time in my cycle (tracked it using Clearblue tests). It's really annoying, but given the number of negative tests in sure your period will come soon.

My period has literally just come haha
For the last 3 months since coming off the mini pill they have been every 21 days, its bang on 28 days today so I think my periods have just been settling in.
