Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone has been through anything similar to what is happening with my cycle this month?

I started taking metformin in July for PCOS (only symptom was bad skin but was diagnosed through a scan and blood test).

I got pregnant the first month I took the metformin but unfortunately miscarried at 7 weeks. This is the first cycle following the miscarriage (which I marked on my chart as my 'period').

I'm not great with charts but to me it looks like I had a clear shift. Our bd timing was not great this month so I was not expecting a bfp anyway, but I am a little unnerved getting to 16dpo and having no hint of anything happening. I have a lot of creamy cm.

I have a slight cold, could this have caused the elevated temps and I didn't ovulate at all? Is there another reason why my lp might be unusually long?

I last tested on Saturday which was 14dpo and a bright white bfn. I don't want to get my hopes up buying more tests, as I know it is fairly unlikely to get a negative at this stage if I was to be pregnant.

I guess I am feeling a little frustrated! I would be pleased to see af, but no sign she is coming.

Sorry to hear about your mc Flowers
It might be possible that your cycle is a bit long this month after the mc so unfortunately you might not be able to predict when AF will come.

Ah OK, that might explain it! I was certainly a bit late ovulating this month but didn't know it could affect the lp too. How complicated! Grin

Does anyone else have similar experiences?
