Hi ladies, it's my first time posting here and a long time lurker :).
I've been taking soy iso tablets for the first time for the past 5 days (cd5-9), but I think I may have brought the wrong dosage. I did 100mg for the first two days then 150mg for the third & fourth and 200mg this evening.
Well, that's what I thought, I've just been rereading the back of the packet and it says Soya isoflavones 100mg, then in the nutritional information it says:
Each caplet contains soya isoflavones extract 250mg (40% isoflavones) 100mg.
This has completely confused me, are these pills 100mg or 250mg do you think? I ordered them from Amazon and they're by a company called just vitamins. Would anyone be able to tell me if they're 100mg? Or if I shouldn't take them again and order some others?
Sorry for the long post :)
