Hi!!! I as well had a miscarriage in March. It was so heartbreaking...
It took me months to feel "normal" again...
I got pregnant in June and am at 4 months now! My baby will be due around March 23.
I have headaches, tummy and some cervical cramps, as well as backaches!!!! Hang in there, it's all part of pregnancy:) when I miscarriaged, I started off with spotting... Then bad cramps!!! Cramps I never got when I was on my period!!!! Then I started bleeding a lot... And sure enough lost the baby.
As long as your not bleeding, and feel heavy cramps, you should be fine! If your concerned, tell your doc!
-hugs-

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I really hope this is your BFP.

Your chances are really dependant on your age and other factors but I think it's roughly 20% chance of pregnancy every cycle if you have sex at the right time.

Good luck

Thankyou both so much
Wow congrats! That's so good you conceived again as sometimes afger a miscarriage it can take a while can't it! Congrats!
I really am hoping that I can get my BFP in the next few weeks.. I mean I timed it well we couldn't actually try on the day if ovulation due to OH being away with work.. but we did the day before so I am hoping that this will be a good result for me ina few weeks time!! I'll keep you both posted
I've had no spotting as of yet & just the odd cramp which feels like period pain but it could be all part of things coming together but we shall see! Thankyou both so much though xxxxx

I'm happy for you. All will work out. Head up, and be positive:) that's all you can do! Well, after my miscarriage I was on birth control. Then I was off of it soon after lol... Sure enough, I got pregnant. And surprisingly.... I got pregnant VERY easily!!! Before my miscarriage it wasn't easy to get pregnant. I didn't want to be pregnant at the time... But things happen and it happened so quick haha. Can't wait to see what the future may hold

Oh... And my miscarriage was a cervical ectopic pregnancy. So either way, the baby would have never been able to live /:

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about the type of miscarriage :( life can be so cruel but then has ways of turning it's self around :) wow yeah you did get pregnant. Very easy ! I'm so happy for you xxxx

I came of birth control in December 2015.. became pregnant in Jan almost straight away but then had a missed miscarriage an didnt no I was pregnant till I was 10 1/2 weeks! But then sadly there was no heartbeat. It has been a while now since and it took ages for my period to come so we couldn't try early as I needed a period first .. so I am praying now that soon enough I'll have that BFP! Xxxxx

My period came around a month after. But it lasted like over 2 weeks!!! Then stopped. Then started again in like 3 weeks. It was so wonky. I thought it would take months to feel a normal period again and at the same time I should have waited a while for my body to heal after that...
I started work a day after my miscarriage. I felt fine physically. Not mentally.
I will pray for you, that everything works out and you get that BFP!
Write me on here, or message me any time. Keep in touch love.

Yeah, your body goes through a really hard time after having a miscarriage. It's physically hard on your body. And after not having a period for a couple months, your period will definitely change. Mine was really heavy. And prior to the miscarriage I had light periods so it was very scary. I worried a lot and stressed. But found out it was totally normal. I took a low dose of iron because of all the blood I was losing. Which helped me in a lot of ways. I also stuck with eating really healthy and taking my vitamins and exercised lightly. That's all you can really do. My doc said its rare to have another miscarriage after you had one... I was told I will go back to having a healthy pregnancy:)
The first trimester is scary. Yes. Because anything can happen...
Once your at the second part, it's a huge sigh of relief!
You won't get another miscarriage. Guaranteed. It's soo rare! Take care of yourself. Eat healthy. Start taking prenatals (if you want) and get regular exercise! Yoga. Pilates. Walks!!!! This will all help you so much. I'm a health freak haha

I really hope it doesn't happen again as the pain was awful to go through losing a child :(..
&& I've heard that the first one usually ends up in miscarriage but then it shouldn't happened again for your 2nd one!!
Thankyou so much for the comment :)
Yes I fake folic acid vitamins and then when I do get pregnant I take pregnecare for all the vitamins I'll need xxx

Hi All, I am new to this!!! Been reading comments for ages, interesting to hear other peoples experiences! I come off the pill in January, had a withdrawal bleed. Had my period 18th march-22nd march. Then my second period 22nd April but i have stopped bleeding today (24th April)!! Has anyone else had this? Weve been trying a fair bit, ive started taking primrose oil since period arrived, could this be the reason my period was so short??

Really interested in hearing your stories!!! X
