Anyone ttc with a prolapse?

I have a mild prolapse (cystocele and rectocele) after the birth of my son a year ago. We would like another and the only reason we are thinking of doing it so soon is that I needed clomid for number 1 and would like to try naturally for up to a year before seeking help again. Is this a bad idea incase I fall pregnant soon as it could make things worse? My physio advised to wait 2 yrs as that's how long the body takes to repair but it may well take me longer than that anyway. You know when you get the urge for another it is difficult to ignore.

Any advice from others in a similar position would be wonderful x
