Trying not to get my hopes up…

DH and I have been trying for a baby for a while with no luck so far. This month we DTD around ovulation and I'm now a day late. Last week I had mild cramping and lightheadedness and this week I'm horribly constipated and crying at the drop of a hat. My patience also seems a bit thinner than normal. I'm too scared to test in case I'm disappointed again. I think I'll give it a few days and if AF doesn't show I'll POAS. In the meantime, has any experienced similar and got a BFP??

Fingers crossed for you and I hope you get your BFP. The only early symptoms I ever get is a cold/blocked up nose.

Still no AF on cd31. Yesterday I had loads of yellow cm and mild cramping. Then I slept for 3 hours. Today I feel a bit wobbly like I've not eaten for hours. I think I'll test tomorrow

It's taking all my will power not to test now! I know it's much better with FMU and my DH will be around in the morning. Maybe I'll just go and get the test ready…

Hi Cakes! I'm in a similar boat. My AF is due today but I don't feel like it's coming at all! I've been having mild cramping, slight nausea and a runny nose (none of these I get on the run up to AF). I've tested once yesterday and got a BFN. It's so frustrating not knowing what your bodies playing at!!

Fingers are crossed for you!! X

I'm cd30. Frer bfn again this morning. I have every single pg symptom going and feel exactly the same as I did in my previous pgs.
I know what you mean. It's annoying me now getting bfn all the time!

So glad it's not just me! I'm feeling so fed up and disappointed. I've googled just about every combination of symptoms and reasons why AF is late and even resorted to an online "how likely is it that I'm pregnant" I know the only thing that can tell me for sure if a HPT and I know I'm being silly but it's so frustrating! Good luck and fingers crossed for you rach and lousy!

What test did you use cake?

I will keep my fingers crossed for you cakes, I'm similar, plenty of DTD around what I think was when I ovulated this month although I never got a positive OPK this month. I'm now due AF tomorrow, no symptoms of that but I had period like pains at 6-9 day PO, really tired and a stuffy nose for absolutely no discernible reason today which I didn't even know was a symptom til I googled it earlier! You hear on here all the time of people getting a string of BFN before their BFP so good luck Smile

ahsan just an Amazon early test one. I bought some superdrug ones this morning which are supposed to be good so I'll test with one on Saturday or Monday, depending how long I can wait!
My mum was telling me that she had to wait until she missed two periods before a doctor would do a test. I definitely couldn't cope with that sort of suspense!

Look at the reviews for the amazon early ones...if its one step 10 miu there will be LOTS of people saying they didnt get a bfp until really late...

I've been using the Amazon one step ones not that I've turned into a poas crazy lady this has given me hope as bfn all week. Ovia says test tomorrow, on cd27.

Defiantly try a different test here is a picture of my one step vs a first response!

They are the cassanovum ones I think. The reviews are mixed some saying they don't work until later and some saying they got a + before their period was due. I guess it depends how high your hormone levels are?
I can't decide whether to test again on Saturday or just to wait until Monday. Or even just to wait a couple of weeks and see what happens

Gosh there's nothing on the ic at all!

First response cakes is best. I tried super drug tests and found them to be faulty and cheap. I'd go for first response if I were you, you'd get a straight answer and wouldn't have to wait a day more as they are the most sensitive tests on the market.

Are the clearblue digital ones any good in people's opinions? Got a couple at home which I intended to use once my ic gave me the answer I wanted. Or shall I pick up a first response?

Clear blue are rubbish. I'd stick with frer if I were you.

Most people use clearblue digi to confirm after getting 2 lines.
