Hi all, have been lurking & reading threads for past week.
Can you honestly get heavy nausea & dizziness which seems totally genuine, but it be wishful thinking rather than pregnancy?
This is first month of TTC for 2nd baby. I came off pill in early July & had a period straight away. Have always had a regular 28 day cycle prior having DS. Had EW mucus on day 13, then positive OPK on day 14, so DTD on both days.
On day 24 I had a dizzy spell & cramping that I wondered could be implantation. Then nausea & dizzy for a spell every day up til now (day 29, period due today). Did internet cheapy test every day but all negative. Did 2 superdrug early tests, seems to be a v faint line on one but really wouldn't stake much on it.
My question is - could the nausea really be caused by wishful thinking - and if so, how does the body do that? I find it hard to accept, but I don't have a positive test to say otherwise!
Thanks in advance for thoughts
