Hi ladies,
I've just heard about agnus castus being this amazing miracle treatment (by the sounds of it) that helped regulate cycles for ladies with PCOS. Has anybody tried it and could recommend it? And what dosage too?
I'm on CD 41 after ovarian drilling and no sign of AF so will try anything :)

I took 1000mg Agnus Castus once a day for my PCOS and my cycle regulated to around 34 days, whereas it previously was anywhere from 46 to 60 days.
However I also took 500mg Metformin, Inositol powder and Omega 3 supplements daily, so can't say it was just the AC.
I'm now 5 weeks pregnant though so something worked!
