Confused about CM

Hiya, - very new to this! Wondered if anyone can help me. I came off the pill on June 5th, and all seemed to make sense up until today. After three days of being off the pill (cerazette) I had light bleeding for a few days so counted that as the beginning of my cycle.. Then for the next 9 days had what I class as normal cm (lotion like) On CD 12 I started with light cramps and extremely little blood which was totally brown not red. CD 13 - ewcm which some had the tiniest bit of blood mixed in. CD 14 - ewcm. CD 15 - watery cm and some ewcm and CP was extremely low.. I guessed this was ovulation day! Then from CD 16 - 22 everything went as normal, meaning cm got more creamy, more tacky and then less frequent every day... I'm now on CD 23 and everything was the same this morning, and I got some cheap ovulation tests in the post. I was so confident that I wasn't ovulating and wAs leading up to af but I'd never used one before so thought I'd do one anyway and then I know what the negative ones like.. And i think came back positive? i didn't believe it thought it must have been a dodgy one, and then this afternoon I had a HUGE amount of Ewcm, but also with light tacky cm at the same time.. Did another ov test and this is the result.. Could I be fertile? Or could this be from something else? Thanks x

OPKs are positive when you are pregnant. If you definitely aren't though, I would dtd now to cover all bases.

That doesn't quite look positive to me... but it does look like near positive, so something is likely happening (soon)! Things can get pretty strange when coming off hormonal contraception; it may be you previously tried to ovulate but were unsuccessful... the only way to tell if you have already ovulated is to temp your basal body temp.

Sounds similar to my first cycle off the pill. I was using opks and had a surge with a bit of blood in my cm but two weeks later I had another surge and ov pain! 12 days later af arrived so my body must have tried to ovulate but not managed so tried again two weeks later and was successful. You could be the same 😄 Nothing to worry about and you should be super happy about the egwm and normal length cycle!! Sounds like your bodies getting back to normal really quickly 😄 Good luck!! X
