No, but I find it impossible to believe that it can be swayed either way. Surely it is just a complete matter of chance, a pure 50/50?
By the way, best be prepared for some posts about just being grateful for a healthy baby as historically these kind of thread topics get a bit of a battering!
Personally I see it as a curious bit of fun, even after 3 mcs and being desperate for any kind of healthy baby. But it does tend to spark some negativity. Be warned...
