We've been TTC#2 for 16 months. I have PCOS and DS was conceived with Clomid. I'm currently on metformin and haven't ovulated at all the whole time we've been trying. However, FF has detected ovulation for the first time this cycle. I'm not convinced, partly because I don't normally ovulate and partly because the temps seem too low. I did get an almost positive OPK a couple of days before (it got darker over a few days but started getting lighter again before it was dark enough to be positive) and I got EWCM in the days beforehand. Any thoughts?

It might be a little too soon to tell. If your temps stay higher on average in the luteal phase then I would say it looks like you ovulated! But if you start getting lots of temps as low as the ones in the first half of the chart then I would say not. It looks hopeful... but see how it goes over the next few days!

Thanks! There's just so much waiting involved in TTC isn't there? I get so nervous about taking my temp at the moment. It's the first glimmer of hope I've had.

I think it looks good. Everything before day 20 can be ignored anyway, and then it gives a clearer picture of generally higher temps after the crosshairs than before them

Thanks for the responses!

NotWithoutMyMerkin (great name btw) just out of interest, why can everything before CD20 be ignored? That does make things look better though!
