Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount!

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. We have a register thanks to kats stats I am resident piss stick queen and if you don't test, you get a Starky's Star

When you post stats, add your predicted test/af date. We are currently running at about 49% pregnant with the grads thread over in ante-natal which we all hope to join soon.

WE SHALL WIN IN THE GAME OF SPERM MEETS EGG! IT WILL HAPPEN!

Starky, 29. Feeling like a fraud to be posting! 4+5 with a pelvic imposter. Still feeling like af will arrive any second. She could, she's not due til tomorrow. It's been like shroedingering on acid!

Been in shock still but new blog posts will be up ASAP! starkydirewoolf.wordpress.com

Helloooooo

Glad this is Lucky Thread 13 x2 - I had a good feeling about no. 13 and it has proved lucky for so many of us.

I'm Jem
I'm 32
This is cycle 3
CD 29

AF is due today according to trusty Pink Pad. However I ovulated a day later than the app predicted, so I think I will probably come on tomorrow.
It's been a relatively calm TWW, apart from when I cried when I mistakenly thought someone had text me. For the first time since TTC I haven't convinced myself I'm preggo - which is progress.
If there is no sign of AF tomorrow I will test. Eek.

New thread! let's hope it's as lucky for those of us going through Shroedinger's Pregnancies right now as the last thread was. :)

Sorry I don't post as regularly as some of you - I do keep an eye on the thread though and was so pleased for everybody upduffed last time around!

I'm Kav. I'm 37, on DPO 4 of cycle 3 and looking to test on 1 April. I have relatively short cycles - on CD14 at the moment - so hoping my luteal phase is adequate. Tried the SMEP for the first time this month though due to DH's illness couldn't quite complete it. Still, more chilled this month than I was last, and took EPO the start of this period which seemed to help matters out a bit (I've been the human Sahara the last couple of cycles).

Good luck everybody, hoping to celebrate with as many of you as possible - and Starky you're totally not an imposter! I think everybody on this thread wants you to stick around. :)

No idea whats going on. Boobs super sore for the last few days and weird bleeding, I suspect either unpregnant hormonal changes or my lady parts have a cruel sense of humour.

starky I agree, please stick around! We need your chat (and possibly some of your luck to rub off on us all!)

I'm 38
On cycle 8
CD 11
AF due 13th April

This cycle I'm taking a more laid back approach to it all. I thought about trying SMEP but instead went the other way - still taking EPO but no opks, no strict schedule for dtd. Me and dh know when ISW should be so just going to dtd a few times when we feel like it during the magic window and see what happens. Taking a slightly longer term view of the whole thing now, so rather than focusing too much on this month, I'm just trying to give it time and thinking it's likely to happen some time in the next few months.

Of course I say that now, but we have our appointment at the fertility clinic on Tuesday so they may put the fear of god into me about my age again and I may be a jibbering wreck again after that :)

Cycle 2
Am having a very calm two week wait as there is zero chance of it happening this month with only 1 shag 5 days before ovulation.... DP was ill and I was ill before him but that didn't stop tears and tantrums when he wouldn't DTD after my positive OPK! Trying to be a bit more relaxed about it now, next month is unlikely as I'm away for two weeks with work over ISW so I'm just trying to be patient and trying to get healthy and have fun (ie drink wine) while I can!!!

Cycle 4, CD 12 (How did that happen?!)

On day 1 of a juice cleanse, so feeling pretty pap just now but the good thing is that babies are the last thing on my mind right now. Feeling MUCH calmer after the crazy first 2 cycles and now much more focused on my health and wellbeing as well as strengthening my relationship with OH. Still loving all the chat here, but missing all the originals who are now upduffed!

If anyone is interested, I've just been reading a Guardian article about fertility tracking and apps, and the data collection/tech side of it all.

www.theguardian.com/technology/2016/mar/23/fitbit-for-your-period-the-rise-of-fertility-tracking

Warning, it is VERY long (maybe something for a lunch break or to read at home later). It's not about advice for TTC, but I found it interesting to hear about how fertility apps have come about (it's largely about Kindara, and also mentions Glow), and some history of fertility awareness. Also touches on the topic of data privacy, and marketing.

Cycle 5
AF due 18th April

??possible chemical pregnancy at end of cycle 4, faint positive last Thursday (but appeared after time limit), af started Friday and bfn Saturday, on cd6 but temp has only just fallen and my flow has suddenly increased a lot today.

Ni you are not the only original left, I'm still here (not counting the above!)

Starky Please stay on this thread, wouldn't be the same without you. I love the support of this thread.

Tmi (sorry), but I've had to change tampons at least 2 hourly today, just what I needed in a busy clinic and they have been soaked through. Horrid cramps too. On cd6 as well. Hoping if it was a chemical, then the next one sticks!

FX for you pug, sounds rough. I also had a crappy AF this month, just dragged on and on - made me think I might have had a chemical as its not normally like that.
