Should my temps have taken this long to rise?

Just that really - my BBT rose gradually over seven days and seems to have plateaued for the last few days. When I look at other charts temperature don't seem to take longer than around two days to rise? Is this normal?

Should my temps have taken this long to rise?

I think it's called a slow rise, but even so, your chart looks great. Nothing wrong with it at all! I would love a chart that looks like that. Good luck!

On another note though - your pre-o temps look a little low, sometimes it can indicate an underactive thyroid. Nothing to worry about, but worth a google to see if you have any of the symptoms and maybe get a blood test. It might just be normal for you though! Best to check.

Thank you so much for looking - yes I did think that my temps were a bit low. Will definitely look into it. Been trying for 11 cycles now but this is the first time I bit the bullet and decided to try temping. Need all the luck I can get!!

Temping will really help and if there's any problems it can be a really good indication and something you can show your doctor. Good luck!
