I’m taking Pregnacare Conception tables.

Am 38 years old, been trying to conceive for 6 months and have had 2 very early/chemical miscarriages…

I've read that taking a starflower and evening primrose oil tablet from Day 1 of cycle till ovulation helps?

Also, taking Agnus Castus from Day 1 to ovulation helps?

Has anyone else taken these and how did they effect your cycle?

Any information/ stories to share?

If you've conceived a couple times I'm not sure ovulation is an issue for you? I don't know that much about supplements, but are there any that help with lining and implantation? I feel like someone once mentioned something called bromelain after ovulation, but I'm not sure what it does! I know people who have gotten progesterone from the GP after multiple losses, too, if you wanted to see your GP.

Only take agnus castus if you have irregular cycles - it is potent and will totally mess your cycles up otherwise

As for EPO and starflower oil, the nutrionist I see told me not to, I can't remember why.

Prenatal vits and folic acid are the essentials Smile it can take up to a year for a perfectly healthy couple to conceive so don't stress too much
