I'm 45 years old. I just has a missed MC that I still have to expel. I want to try again, but am worried. Am I going to MC again? I know there are risks (Downs, etc). Just wondering if anyone else in same situation? Thanks in advance:)

Only you can decide whether you can deal with the possibilities of a distressing outcome. However, plenty of people conceive successfully at your age.

But then again, I went through the menopause at 46.

I went through 3 mc in my early 30s before having my 2 children, another mc later and I'm now pregnant again and about to have dc3 at 38. Some mc happen just because.... Others can be age related and it does become more likely as you get older, so whether and how often you try again after this loss depends how much more you feel you can take.

It's a rubbish thing to go through and I'm sorry you're having another painful experience. look after yourself. Flowers
