Got myself a bit worked up...

I have a 7 month old. When I fell pg before I just knew I was pregnant, had horrendous morning sickness from day dot and was so bloated etc. Well. This past week I've been so nauseous it's been awful. I've also been exhausted beyond belief. I had put it down to being under the weather but...I had a flashback to 3 months ago when we dtd loads and loads and 1 day I forgot the pill. I'm still bf if that makes any difference? I know I need to poas but I just did and the test was faulty. No control line. Last one in the house. What are the chances I am? I don't feel pregnant. No other symptoms apart from this nausea and exhaustion
