Hi

I was just wondering if anyone takes or has taken this? What the dosage is and do you take it all through your cycle? How long before it makes any difference?

I started taking it this cycle. I take 35mg daily. It apparently increases blood flow to the ovaries to create better quality eggs...... It's also supposed to help reduce the risk of miscarriage so take throughout the pregnancy. In the middle of 2ww (I wish... 5dpo really) but have noticed any difference.
