On the 19th I had a slight pink colour when I wiped only once then the next day it was heavier like a normal period only lasted 2-3 yours. My AF is due tomorrow I have taken a pregnancy test this morning a faint line came up but dissappear in seconds could I be pregnant don't want to get my hopes up.....Please help

Yep you could be but then you may not be. Bleed on the 19th could have been an implantation bleed.

Welcome to the world of ttc. Test again first thing tomorrow but as you have just come off the pill your cycle may have not settled down.

Thank you, if that was the case would it be too early too test as it was only over a week ago, however I am extremely tired and my breaststroke are really sore and become very dark and veiny, think I'm just impatient. I was also only on microgynon for 4 months don't know if this makes much difference to my cycle. Confused

Also I use to have really heavy and painful periods leading upto my period but my AF is due tomorrow and no pain at all which is unusual for me.

Unfortanely early pregnancy and pre-period symptoms are identical.

I don't think it will make a difference to your cycle but a withdrawal bleed, when you stop taking the pill is not a period and you won't know when you are ovulating until your period have settled.

Just keep taking folic acid and shag lots. Wink

I know it's hard but wait a couple of days if ur af appears then u know the answer but if not test again it's hard to say all our bodies works in different ways.

For me I took 4 months for my body to be back to normal

Do you know how many days DPO you are? Or if you Od for sure? Maybe you Od late and it's just too soon to get a BFP! I wouldn't bother going to the docs if I were you, they'll just do a test (less sensitive than you could buy, probably) and if its neg tell you to come back in a couple of months if AF hasn't shown. They just parrot that cycles can be irregular after the pill for 6 months to a year (and research I've read suggests that's true if you've been on the pill four months or for years) so it's not worth the effort. Your symptoms sound like something's going on though so no harm in testing!

Also, HCG should show up in your urine within a week of implantation, if that helps

Yes I definitely Od I'm just going to hang fire for now and try nit think too much or it and see if my AF arrives but usually I have really bad pain when it's due nothing yet. I've just bought some ovulation tests just in case I'm not and can track next month. Thank you for the advice x
