Hi All,

I am 31 and trying to conceive.

I have autoimmune thyroid. Result of which is all the obvious problems like tiredness, mood swings etc + low Vit B12 and vit D. I have also recently being diagnosed with IBS - another common problem which comes free with hypo apparently :(

Until this year doctor had advised me not to conceive because my thyroid wasnt coming under control. then she over corrected me with higher doses. august's blood tests confirmed that my tsh was between the guide (another blood test due this june)

so have started trying. any advises would be really helpful around -
what to eat and what not to eat (googling is killing me now as one site says something and other says completely opposite)
any exercises you would recommend
any other precautions i should be taking.

as everyone i really want that my health problems shouldn't affect my baby.

any advise would be really helpful

Thanks in advance

what are they doing about your low B12?
have you seen an endocrinologist?

Are you in the UK?

Did they give a reason for your low B12?
Are they still giving you B12 treatment? What form?

What investigations did they do for your IBS?
