Hi Fellow, POAS addicts. This month I got two packets of clear blue digital, started testing same day from same samples. So Friday morning circle on one and high fertility Flashing smiley on the other, Saturday and sunday High fertility on both. Monday solid smiley on one (the one with flashing smiley since Friday) LH surge cycle day 13, so Monday Tuesday solid smiley monitor out of action because it displays solid smiley for two days.

The other monitor is still displaying flashing smileys we are now on Thursday cycle day 16 so 3 days after first solid smiley. So checked with Internet cheapies, no surge even today, just a line but not darker than control line. I am on day 16today.

So which monitor could be right? The one that had the solid smiley or the flashing smiley? Can clearblue be wrong?

The surge can be pretty fast so if you tested with the cheapie a while after the digital it might have been and gone. I am a bit confused though, were you peeing on both digitals at the same time or at different times of the day / different wees?

Hello Lemon,

Thank you for your response, I was using same sample, same time two different clear blue digital. The funny think is the one which did not show positive/solid smiley, kept on giving me flashing smileys until yesterday Saturday when it gave be a solid smiley LH.

I then rushed to boots and bought their boots own brand ovulation test and it to showed Positive LH. So either the first positive was wrong on that monitor or I have had two lh days.if that's even possible. Yesterday surge was on cycle day 18 and previous one on day 13 this cycle.dont ask how much I am spending on kits.
