Split condom day 10 of cycle...advice please

Hi everyone
I'm in another country so practise safe sex with partner, using condoms, as no pills available here. On day 10 partner withdrew and condom was split and we were obviously panic mode! I'm in my 30's so if it's happened then it's meant to be and we will leave here together, it's just scary to have to get out of here under the radar if I am, but I could do it.
So my period is due Thursday and my boobs look like they are a little fuller but no usual soreness, a migraine attack came on last night (I get hormonal ones but 95% of the time 1-2 days after period arrives, not like this a week before) and I feel really sick with it, I can only lie down. I can't stomach anything. I'm sipping peppermint tea right now and that's a push. I was also feeling like a mild ache like period pain the last say 5 days. This sickness feeling is bad though. I havnt taken my migraine meds just in case it am pregnant as I read if you think you are pregnant, then stay clear of them.
So basically I feel awful and still have until Thursday until period is due and I can go get a preg test, out of this country, over the border. A random situation I know. I'm a school teacher in Middle East
