How do you know when to test please?!

Hi mummies and mummies to be.

I have had a mc and although it is early days I have been reading about trying again. Because I have no idea what my cycle is doing I don't know when would be a reasonable time to take a test to see if us DTD will have worked? Do I just test after 14 days of us having DTD? Or do you wait longer? I'm new to all this so haven't a clue but really want to get that BFP xxx

I know it's not the same as you but I Have just come off the pill so I don't know what my cycle is doing either. What I have decided to do is to dtd regularly and then test after 10 days of doing so and continue to test every 5 days until it is eventually positive. Good luck x
