Please could anyone tell me what to expect at fertility clinic?

I have been TTC for about 18 months, with one ds who is 3y 4m.

Prior to falling pregnant with ds my FSH was 18 and I was advised that they couldn't do anything with an FSH of that level, except for IVF with donor eggs. But I fell pregnant naturally anyway.

I would like another baby before I get too old (I'm 38) and before ds gets too old as well, so I got my current FSH tested and it was 10.2.

With my new lower FSH I am assuming (hoping) that there is more scope for treatment with my own eggs - I wouldn't like to use donor eggs!

I have been temping and using OPKs, so I am pretty sure that I am still ovulating fairly regularly. I have taken vitex and had acupuncture which I think must have assisted in lowering the FSH.

Does anyone know if anything could be done for me? As I have ds I will be paying privately, so don't want to spend loads of cash on something unlikely to work.
