hi i had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago at 7 weeks, the baby was planned and iv started trying again. i ovulated 4 days ago and im getting the exact same things as i when i conceived my angel baby. when i conceived i felt like i was getting a cold (stuffy nose) that only lasted a day and i had that yesterday, im fine now and i also got patches on my tongue and iv woke up today with the same patches on my tongue today (i get this when im ill) am i reading too much into it or could this be a sign?
